central location friendly staff early check-in
i LOVED the location!!! it was a short walk from the train station. i could easily reach shops, restaurants, bars, and tram stops. the friendly reception staff let us check in early, a huge plus!

the hotel is very close to major tourist attractions. access to the airport is easy via amsterdam centraal. i found the staff great and the room clean. our stay met expectations.
i could hear people snoring next door at night. i also noticed hairs from previous customers on the bed. the bed was not too comfortable.

i found the location convenient, close to the train station. it also had many food options nearby. the staff was friendly, trying to accommodate my needs. hotel rooms were clean upon arrival.
the stairs were steep, making it a bit challenging with luggage.
